The purpose of this organization is to establish a close working partnership between the public, law enforcement community, and business and government interests to improve the prospects of safe and secure communities; and lead to constructive social change in Henrico County, Virginia and surrounding communities through educational initiatives relating to both law enforcement officers and the communities in which they serve.
