STRESS PERSONAL AND SOCIAL PROBLEM SOLVING AS THESE RELATE TO ACCESSIBILITY FOR GREATER INDEPENDENCE FOR PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES. ASSIST INDIVIDUALS IN LEARNIGN TO ACCESS SERVICES AND INFORMATION AND TO PROMOTE AWARENESS OF ACCESSIBILITY ISSUES FOR THE OVERALL GOOD OF THE COMMUNITY.
