THE DIRECT HOUSING SERVICES WERE TERMINATED IN 2019 WITH THE SALE OF THE HOUSING UNITS. IN ADDITION TO HOUSING FOR THE ELDERLY, THE ORGANIZATION'S ORIGINAL PURPOSES INCLUDED SUPPORTING OTHER EXEMPT PURPOSES. THE ORGANIZATION HAS RESTATED ITS PURPOSES IN 2020 TO INCLUDE THE MAKING OF DISTRIBUTIONS TO ORGANIZATIONS THAT QUALIFY AS EXEMPT ORGANIZATIONS UNDER CODE SECTION 501(C)(3) AND ALSO TO PROVIDE ELDERLY AND HANDICAPPED PERSONS WITH HOUSING FACILITIES AND SERVICES.
