THE PURPOSE OF THE ORGANIZATION IS TO COLLECT AND DISTRIBUTE FOOD TO THOSE IN NEED; TO ASSIST NEEDY INDIVIDUALS WITH EMERGENCY NEEDS SUCH AS UTILITIES, ETC.; TO PROVIDE ONE-TIME ASSISTANCE TO TRANSIENTS; AND ALL OTHER ACTIVITIES PERMITTED BY LAW.
