THIS CORPORATION IS FORMED FOR THE BENEVOLENT PURPOSE OF FURTHERING THE EDUCATION OF CHILDREN IN THE HIGHLAND PARK INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT ("HPISD") WITH AN EMPHASIS ON CHILDREN ENROLLED AT HIGHLAND PARK HIGH SCHOOL ("SCHOOL") AND SUPPORTING AND ACCOMPLISHING THE EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES OF THE HPISD AND THE SCHOOL.
