THIS CORPORATION IS FORMED FOR THE BENEVOLENT PURPOSE OF FURTHERING THE EDUCATION OF CHILDREN IN THE HIGHLAND PARK INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT ("HPISD"), WITH AN EMPHASIS ON CHILDREN ENROLLED IN MCCULLOCH INTERMEDIATE SCHOOL AND HIGHLAND PARK MIDDLE SCHOOL (COLLECTIVELY, "SCHOOLS") AND OF SUPPORTING AND ACCOMPLISHING THE EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES OF THE HPISD AND THE SCHOOLS.
