HHF was formed by HHS to operate exclusively for the benefit of and to carry out the functions of its sole member HHS, a Texas Non-Profit Corporation that is exempt under section 501 (a), and to ultimately benefit BSWMC-Hillcrest or other qualified 501(c)(3) organizations.
