ESTABLISHED IN 1971 AS A NON-PROFIT EDUCATIONAL SUPPORT FACILITY FOR STUDENTS WITH LEARNING DISABILITIES, THE HSLC HAS EVOLVED INTO AN INTERACTIVE, PARTICIPATORY LEARNING EXPERIENCE THAT FOCUSES ON THE CAPABILITIES OF EACH STUDENT AND MAKES STUDENTS AWARE OF THEIR ABILITY TO SUCCEED.
