CENTER PROVIDES THE FOLLOWING HEALTH SERVICES: BLOOD PRESSURE CHECKS CHOLESTEROL CLINIC PAP SMEAR TESTS VITAL INFORMATION ON DIETS LAP COVERS TO REST HOME PATIENTS CENTER PROVIDES REFERRALS TO PROPER AGENCIES WHEN MEMBERS HAVE AREAS OF CONCERN. CENTER PROVIDES EXERCISE CLASSES, DOMINOES, CARD GAMES AND OTHER ACTIVITIES.
