TO SERVE THE NEEDS OF CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 18 WITH MONETARY CONTRIBUTIONS TO 501(C)(3) ORGANIZATIONS. THE PURPOSE OF THE RECEIVING CHARITIES MUST BE TO SERVE THE NEEDS OF UNDERPRIVILEGED, AT RISK, ABUSED, NEGLECTED OR HOMELESS CHILDREN.
