THE PURPOSE OF THIS ORGANIZATION SHALL BE TO SUPPORT HISTORIC RICHMONDS BUSINESSES AND THE RICHMOND COMMUNITY THROUGH PRESERVATION, COMMUNITY IMPROVEMENT AND THE PROMOTION OF OUR CITY THROUGH EDUCATIONAL, CIVIC AND CULTURAL EVENTS AND PROGRAMS.
