WE WORK TO PRESERVE SO THAT SAINT PAUL'S CULTURAL CHARACTER REFLECTS THE UNIQUE STORIES AND PLACES OF THE DIVERSE PEOPLE WHO LIVED AND WORKED HERE. WE BELIEVE THAT A UNIQUE AND REFLECTIVE CULTURAL CHARACTER IMPROVES LOCAL COMMUNITY. THE MORE THAT PEOPLE FEEL CONNECTED TO SAINT PAUL AND THEIR NEIGHBORHOOD, THE MORE OUR CITY GROWS AND THRIVES.
