THE PURPOSE OF THIS ORGANIZATION IS TO ESTABLISH AND MAINTAIN AN ENDOWMENT FUND TO PRESERVE AND MAINTAIN THE FACILITIES OF THE TENNESSEE THEATRE ESTABLISHED IN 1928 IN KNOXVILLE, TENNESSEE IN ORDER THAT THE HISTORIC TENNESSSEE THEATRE FOUNDATION MAY CONTINUE ITS CHARITABLE PURPOSES.
