CLAIR AREA AND EVENTS, AS WELL AS THE INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES INVOLVED THAT HISTORY. THE BENEFICIARIES OF ITS EFFORTS ARE BOTH SCHOOL CHILDREN AND THE GENERAL PUBLIC.
