HOOD COUNTY LIVESTOCK RAISERS ASSOCIATION AND ORGANIZATION THAT WORKS IN CONJUNCTION WITH LOCAL 4-H AND FFA CLUB. THE ACTIVITIES ARE PRIMARILY EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS FOR YOUTH 8 TO 19 ADMINISTERED THROUGH THE NATIONAL AGRRICULTURAL EXTENSION SERVICE. EACH CLUB MEMBER HAS A PROJECT
