HOPELINK OF SOUTHERN NEVADA (HOPELINK) IS A NEVADA NONPROFIT ORGANIZATION ESTABLISHED IN 1991 TO PROVIDE SERVICES THROUGHOUT CLARK COUNTY. HOPELINK'S MISSION IS TO BUILD A BETTER COMMUNITY BY PREVENTING HOMELESSNESS, KEEPING FAMILIES INTACT, AND PROMOTING SELF-SUFFICIENCY. THE TWO MAIN DEPARTMENTS OF THE AGENCY ARE HOUSING AND BASIC NEEDS AND FAMILY SUPPORT SERVICES. EACH WITH DEDICATED CASE MANAGERS WHO WORK WITH INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES TO TRY TO ADDRESS THE MANY AREAS OF NEED CLIENTS FACE. HOUSING SERVICES RUNS THE GAMUT FROM EMERGENCY SHELTER TO LONG-TERM SUBSIDIZED HOUSING, WITH A FOCUS ON HOMELESSNESS PREVENTION AND TRANSITION FROM HOMELESSNESS.
