HOSPICE, WHICH COORDINATES ITS SERVICES WITH OTHER COMMUNITY CAREGIVERS, ALSO ASSISTS IN THE GRIEF PROCESS AND BEREAVEMENT SUPPORT OF FAMILY MEMBERS OF THESE PATIENTS.
