THE ORGANIZATION'S PRIMARY EXEMPT PURPOSE IS TO PROVIDE A BASE FOR LEGAL INFORMATION TO PUBLIC AGENCIES CONCERNED WITH ASSISTED HOUSING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT, AND TO CONDUCT AND SPONSOR EDUCATIONAL AND INFORMATIONAL FORUMS SEMINARS, CONFERENCES AND SIMILAR PROGRAMS CONCERNING LEGAL AND RELATED ASPECTS OF PUBLIC DEVELOPMENT AND HOUSING.
