HRCA IS A DEVELOPER IN THE SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL SPACE IN LMI COMMUNITIES, OR ON BEHALF OF LMI FAMILIES, WHICH ACCOMPLISHES NCRC'S GROWTH (GENERATING REAL OPPORTUNITIES FOR WORK THROUGH HOUSING) OBJECTIVES TO PRESERVE AFFORDABLE HOMEOWNERSHIP OPPORTUNITIES TO LMI FAMILIES. HRCA IS INTEGRAL TO THE GROWTH INITIATIVE AND RELATED DEVELOPMENT OPPORTUNITIES OF NCRC.
