HRH HEALTH SERVICES WILL HOLD TITLE TO AND MANAGE ASSETS OWNED BY HENDRICKS REGIONAL HOSPITAL AND USED TO CARRY OUT THE HOSPITAL'S EXEMPT PURPOSE AS WELL AS PROVIDE PHILANTHROPIC SUPPORT AND OVERSIGHT OF OPERATIONS FOR THE HOSPITAL.
