ITS PURPOSE IS TO PROVIDE A STRUCTURED EDUCATIONAL PROGRAM TO CHILDREN IN GRADES K THROUGH EIGHT IN A NONPUBLIC SCHOOL SETTING, AS SET FORTH IN THE CORPORATION'S CHARTER GRANTED BY THE BOARD OF REGENTS OF THE UNIVERSITY OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK.
