HAART'S MISSION IS TO PROVIDE HUMANISTIC, HIGH-QUALITY CARE THAT INCLUDES MEDICALLY ASSISTED METHADONE MAINTENANCE AND DETOXIFICATION TREATMENT, SUBOXONE, EDUCATION, PROFESSIONAL COUNSELING, REFERRALS, AND CASE-MANAGEMENT TO OPIOID DEPENDENT ADULTS.
