Mission
HYDROLOGIC RESEARCH CENTER'S MISSION IS TO ADVANCE THE SCIENCE AND ENGINEERING OF HYDROLOGY THROUGH BASIC AND APPLIED RESEARCH AND TECHNOLOGY TRANSFER OF ACTIVITIES. THE ORGANIZATION IS INVOLVED IN THE DESIGN, DEVELOPMENT, IMPLEMENTATION, AND TESTING OF PROTOTYPE MEASUREMENT SIMULATION AND FORECAST OPERATIONAL SYSTEMS. IT ALSO PROVIDES TRAINING SERVICES, INCLUDING THE DEVELOPMENT OF EDUCATIONAL COURSES AND TEACHING MATERIALS.
