THE PURPOSE OF THE PLAN IS TO SUPPORT AND PROVIDE TRAINING OPPORTUNITIES FOR ELIGIBLE PARTICIPANTS THAT IMPROVE EXISTING SKILLS, DEVELOP NEW SKILLS AND FOCUS ON THE SAFEST WAY TO PERFORM THE WORK OF THE CRAFTS.
