IASCD'S GOAL IS TO REPRESENT IDAHO'S CONSERVATION DISTRICTS AS THE PRIMARY ENTITIES TO COORDINATE VOLUNTARY, LOCALLY LEAD EFFORTS TO SUSTAIN AND ENHANCE IDAHO'S NATURAL RESOURCES, AND STRENGTHEN IDAHO'S CONSERVATION DISTRICTS AND THEREBY THE NON-REGULATORY APPROACH TO CONSERVATION.
