Illinois Clean Energy Community Foundation (The Foundation) is a 501(c)(4) not-for-profit organization established in December 1999 to support programs & projects that improve energy efficiency, develop renewable resources, and preserve natural areas and wildlife habitats in Illinois. The Foundation provides financial support and assistance to public or private entities in Illinois for programs and projects that benefit the public by supporting projects that improve Illinois environmental quality.
