THE ILLINOIS ELKS ASSOCIATION IS A FRATERNAL ORDER, WHICH OPERATES UNDER THE LODGE SYSTEM. THE ASSOCIATION OPERATES YOUTH ACTIVITIES, SUPPORTS SCHOLARSHIPS, DRUG AWARENESS, AND OTHER PROGRAMS.
