THE ORGANIZATION'S PURPOSE IS TO BUILD, SUPPORT AND MAINTAIN INFRASTRUCTURE FOR THE PROVISION OF HIGH SPEED INTERNET ACCESS TO CERTAIN AREAS LOCATED IN THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, AND TO PROVIDE HIGH SPEED INTERNET SERVICES TO CERTAIN GOVERNMENTAL AND NOT-FOR-PROFIT ENTITIES AND MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC.
