OPERATE A STATE POLICE MUSEUM MAKING THE PUBLIC AWARE OF THE HISTORY, EVOLUTION AND DEVELOPMENT OF LAW ENFORCEMENT. EDUCATE THE PUBLIC, SPECIFICALLY THE YOUTH ABOUT THE ROLES, FUNCTIONS AND CONTRIBUTIONS OF CIVILIAN AND SWORN EMPLOYEES OF THE STATE POLICE, AND FOSTER GOOD COMMUNITY RELATIONS WITH LAW ENFORCEMENT BY COMMUNITY OUTREACH IN LOCAL EVENTS OR HELP IN SPONSORING LOCAL ACTIVITIES.
