Mission

The purposes of the Education Fund are: to advance the science of Jurisprudence; to conduct educational programs, including but not limited to, the sponsoring of seminars and lectures in all areas and phases of trial advocacy; to promote law students' interest in trial advocacy through the sponsorship, together with major law schools, of essay contests open to law students; to cause to be published and distributed, treatises, books and other publications on any or all aforementioned; articles, addresses, reports, subjects related to the aforementioned; to cause to be produced and distributed, films, recording discs, displays, and other audio-visual materials on any or all subjects related to the aforementioned; to engage in any and all lawful activity which may be necessary, useful, suitable, desirable or proper for the furtherance, accomplishment, fostering or attainment of the above purposes.
