THE PROJECT CONSISTS OF FOUR GROUP HOMES LOCATED IN LIBERTY, MISSOURI FOR PERSONS WITH DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES. THE HOMES WERE CONSTRUCTED FROM FUNDS PROVIDED BY A CAPITAL ADVANCE UNDER SECTION 811 OF THE NATIONAL AFFORDABLE HOUSING ACT AND ARE REGULATED BY THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT.
