INCO Community, Inc. (formerly Calso Community, Inc.) or "INCO US" is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization whose mission is to break the greatest barriers disadvantaged and marginalized populations face on their journey to success. Whether these challenges are linked to access to quality education, livable jobs, primary healthcare oraffordable housing, INCO US aspires to empower each and every individual to reach their full potential so they can thrive. Our double-bottom-line approach is based on innovative, sustainable business models to address today's greatest social and environmental issues. Since its creation, INCO US has been working on two main verticals:- Workforce development programs to address the unemployment issue in the Bay Area by reducing the skills gaps with programs that provide educational and employment services to those in need.- Support social entrepreneurs and nonprofit organizations through accelerators
