THE ORGANIZATION WAS FORMED TO PROVIDE LOW INCOME HOUSING TO MENTALLY AND DEVELOPMENTALLY DISABLED INDIVIDUALS WHO ARE RESIDENT OF QUEENS AND SURROUNDING AREAS. SERVICES PROVIDED INCLUDE CLINICAL, CASE MANAGEMENT, FAMILY SUPPORT, AS WELL AS EARLY INTERVENTION SERVICES.
