THE MISSION OF THE INDEPENDENCE BUSINESS ALLIANCE IS TO PROMOTE GREATER PHILADELPHIA'S LESBIAN, GAY, BISEXUAL, TRANSGENDER AND QUEER BUSINESS AND LEADERSHIP COMMUNITIES TO ENHANCE FINANCIAL OPPORTUNITIES, FOSTER DIVERSITY, DEVELOP LEADERSHIP AND COLLABORATION AND ADVOCATE FOR POSITIVE CHANGE.
