THE ASSOCIATION WAS FORMED FOR THE PURPOSE OF IMPROVING THE OVERALL COMMUNITY STABILITY THROUGH THE DEVELOPMENT OF MUTUAL HOUSING OWNERSHIP AND MANAGEMENT OF HOUSING AS AN AFFORDABLE ALTERNATIVE FOR LOW INCOME FAMILIES.
