THE PURPOSE OF THE LEAGUE IS TO CONDUCT LOCAL LITTLE LEAGUE BASEBALL AND SOFTBALL PROGRAMS FOR OVER 500 BOYS AND GIRLS IN INDIANA, PENNSYVANIA AND THE IMMEDIATE SURROUNDING AREA.
