ROLE OF DISTRICT ONE IS TO PROMOTE, DEVELOP, ADMINISTER, SUPERVISE, AND VOLUNTARILY ASSIST IN ALL WAYS, BOUND BY THE APPLICABLE ORGANIZATIONAL RULES, REGULATIONS, POLICIES, AND GUIDELINES, THOSE WHO WILL PARTICIPATE IN LITTLE LEAGUE BASEBALL & SOFTBALL.
