OUR PROGRAMS ARE ROOTED IN THE LIFE LESSONS GAINED THROUGH SPORTS AND DESIGNED TO HELP YOUNG PEOPLE- ESPECIALLY THOSE WHO ARE UNDERSERVED, ADOPTED, OR IN FOSTER CARE- BUILD THE SKILLS, MINDSET, AND CONFIDENCE TO THRIVE. FOUNDED BY ALEC INGOLD, THE FOUNDATION IS DEEPLY ROOTED IN HIS PERSONAL JOURNEY. BEING ADOPTED AS AN INFANT INTO A LOVING AND SUPPORTIVE FAMILY SHAPED ALEC'S VALUES AND PERSPECTIVE- FUELING HIS PASSION TO GIVE BACK AND SUPPORT ALL YOUTH, ESPECIALLY THOSE NAVIGATING CHALLENGES OF IDENTITY, OPPORTUNITY, AND BELONGING. ALEC GREW UP IN GREEN BAY, WISCONSIN, PLAYED COLLEGE FOOTBALL FOR THE WISCONSIN BADGERS, AND NOW PLAYS IN THE NFL FOR THE MIAMI DOLPHINS. EACH CITY THAT HELPED SHAPE ALEC- GREEN BAY, MADISON, AND MIAMI- IS NOW HOME TO PROGRAMS THAT SHAPE THE NEXT GENERATION.
