INSIGHT America is a non-profit organization that exists to empower communities of color with policy solutions based on the principles of Smart Government, Free Enterprise and Personal Freedom, and by developing the next generation of public policy leaders. Our four core program areas include policy forums, internships, professional development, and networking. INSIGHT will develop strategic alliances with private and public sector organizations that have an interest in the development of congressional minority staff by: Mentoring, networking and training opportunities Providing awareness and education about industry issues through public policy forums, lecturers and industry data. The distribution of current research data that demonstrates the impact of major legislation on communities of color.
