THE INSTITUTE FOR PROFESSIONALS IN TAXATION IS DEDICATED TO FOSTERING THE PROFESSIONALIZATION OF ITS MEMBERS, TO PROMOTING THE UNIFORM AND EQUITABLE ADMINISTRATION OF AD VALOREM TAXATION AND OTHER FORMS OF STATE AND LOCAL TAXATION AND TO MINIMIZING THE COSTS OF ADMINISTRATION AND COMPLIANCE.
