THE ORGANIZATION SERVES AS AN ADVOCATE ON ISSUES AFFECTING THE REAL ESTATE MANAGEMENT INDUSTRY, AS WELL AS ENHANCING AND SUPPORTING ITS MEMBERS' PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCE SO THEY CAN BETTER IDENTIFY AND MEET THE NEEDS OF THOSE WHO UTILIZE THEIR SERVICES.
