THE ORGANIZATION'S MISSION IS TO ORGANIZE ALL FIRE FIGHTERS, TO SECURE JUST COMPENSATION FOR THEIR SERVICES AND EQUITABLE SETTLEMENT OF THEIR GRIEVANCES, TO PROMOTE A SAFE AND HEALTHY WORKING ENVIRONMENT FOR FIRE FIGHTERS, TO PROMOTE JUST AND REASONABLE WORKING CONDITIONS, TO ASSIST VICTIMS OF BURNS AND OTHER RELATED PROBLEMS COMMON TO FIRE SERVICE, AND TO PROMOTE CHARITABLE ORGANZIATIONS.
