IBRO WILL SERVE AND OPERATE AN INDEPENDENT GLOBAL NETWORK OF SCIENTIFIC MEMBER ORGANIZATIONS, THROUGH WHICH IT WILL ENCOURAGE DEVELOPMENTS IN NEUROSCIENCE AND PROMOTE GLOBAL COLLABORATION AND TRAINING IN NEUROSCIENCE.
