THE ORGANIZATION OF INDUSTRY REQUIRES HONEST AND INTELLIGENT MEMBERSHIP, ADAPTED TO THE BUSINESS. THE UNION TEACHES THEIR MEMBERSHIP THE ADVANTAGE, BENEFITS, AND IMPORTANCE OF THEIR INDUSTRIAL POSITION, AND THE UNION ENDEAVORS TO BUILD-UP AND PERFECT A LABOR ORGANIZATION IN CONFORMITY WITH THE HIGHEST STANDARDS OF AMERICAN AND CANADIAN CITIZENSHIP.
