THESE EDUCATIONAL EFFORTS WILL INFORM, ENHANCE, AND SUPPORT THE WORK OF COMMUNITY LAND TRUSTS AND OTHER NOT-FOR-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS SO THAT THEY MAY BETTER ADDRESS THE FOLLOWING GOALS: RELIEF OF THE POOR, THE DISTRESSED, OR THE UNDERPRIVILEGED; LESSENING THE BURDENS OF GOVERNMENT; LESSENING NEIGHBORHOOD TENSIONS; ELIMINATING PREJUDICE AND DISCRIMINATION; DEFENDING HUMAN AND CIVIL RIGHTS SECURED BY LAW; AND COMBATING COMMUNITY DETERIORATION.
