THE INTERNATIONAL DOOR ASSOCIATION SCHOLARSHIP FOUNDATION WAS FORMED FOR THE EXPRESS PURPOSE OF AWARDING SCHOLARSHIPS TO THE MEMBERS' EMPLOYEES, AND THE FAMILIES OF THE EMPLOYEES OF THE MEMBERS OF THE INTERNATIONAL DOOR ASSOCIATION.
