THE ORGANIZATION'S MISSION IS TO COLLECT, EVALUATE, AND REPORT DATA FROM TIMINGS OF OCCULTATIONS OF STARS BY ASTEROIDS, PLANETS, AND THE MOON AND IS ALSO TO PROVIDE EDUCATIONAL MATERIALS AND RECOMMEDNATIONS ON OBSERVING TECHNIQUES AND EQUIPMENT.
