Mission
THE ORGANIZATION IS A TRADE UNION WHOSE PURPOSE IS TO PROVIDE EMPLOYMENT FOR ITS MEMBERS WHENEVER AND WHEREVER POSSIBLE, TO STRIVE FOR PEACE AND HARMONY IN THE INDUSTRY AND TO SAFEGUARD THE WELFARE OF ITS MEMBERS. THE MEMBERSHIP CONSISTS OF GLAZIERS, ART GLASS WORKERS AND BEVELERS, GLASS WAREHOUSE WORKERS AND PAINT HANDLERS. THE UNION PROVIDES EDUCATION AND TRAINING, AND HEALTH AND PENSION BENEFITS THROUGH OTHER ORGANIZATIONS.
