TO ORGANIZE PAINTERS WITHIN ITS JURISDICTIONAL AREA IN ORDER TO SECURE IMPROVED WAGES, HOURS, BENEFITS AND WORKING CONDITIONS AND TO ENCOURAGE A HIGH STANDARD OF SKILL AMONG ITS MEMBERS AND PROTECTION IN THE JURISDICTION OF THE TRADE. THE LOCAL 2301 IS A PUBLIC SECTOR EMPLOYEES UNION.
