TO PROVIDE THE BEST POSSIBLE CHILDCARE AND EDUCATIONAL SERVICES TO HOMELESS OR NEAR HOMELESS CHILDREN AGED SIX WEEKS TO TEN YEARS OF AGE. ALSO TO PROVIDE COMPREHENSIVE AND HOLISTIC FAMILY SERVICES WHICH GIVE PARENTS THE TOOLS THEY NEED TO FLOURISH.
